  116. Crossword Construction Kit is NOT a public domain program.  It is
  117. copyrighted by Insight Software Solutions.  This software and
  118. accompanying documentation are protected by United States copyright law
  119. and also by international treaty provisions.

  121. Insight Software Solutions grants you a limited license to use this
  122. software for evaluation purposes for a period not to exceed thirty days.
  123. If you continue using this software after the thirty-day evaluation
  124. period, you MUST make a registration payment to Insight Software
  125. Solutions.

  127. You may not use, copy, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile,
  128. disassemble, otherwise reverse engineer, or transfer the licensed
